School Uniform Notice: Very Important!

EFFECTIVE THIS MONDAY, OCTOBER 13:

All students must wear Imagine International Academy of Mableton school uniforms, as described in the IIAM parent's guide.

If students are determined to be out of uniform, they will be subject to detention.

To help ease the burden of uniform costs, Educational Outfitters, IIAM's uniform vendor, is offering a 20 percent discount on all uniform purchases made between Monday, October 13, and Saturday, November 15.

We want to see our school become all that we have dreamed of it being -- an outstanding learning environment, of which we can be rightfully proud. Parents, we need your support, as we take this important step in that direction. Thank you very much.

IIAM's approved uniform vendor is:

CHARACTER TRAIT #1; RESPECTFUL

Our lesson on RESPECTFUL was both informing and enjoyable. Students got the opportunity to be of service to others. In response to the question, "DOES PICKING UP OTHER PEOPLE'S TRASH MAKE YOU FEEL DIFFERENTLY ABOUT LITTERING?" One paper was chosen to express the general feelings of the class:

It was kind of fun to help other people. It makes me feel better about myself. I love to help in any way I can .
It was fun going to the classes to pick up trash. I liked it and I want to do it again. I love to help and I will always help people who need help.

New Building!!!

Good Evening Parents,

First, a hearty thank-you to the middle school ASEP students who helped lug numerous boxes into the new building. Parents, I would like to take this time to officially welcome you to building II. Our new building is finally open. We will have all middle school classes in "OUR" building tomorrow. (08-07-08) We are asking the children report to the cafeteria Thursday morning and wait for their homeroom teacher to escort them to their classrooms.

Thank you again for your support,
Ms. Bynoe - Science
